dc.description Miller wrote Carpenter, "In response to yours of the 15th inst, desire to advise that when our Ideal Transfer Cases are ordered the price does not include indexes. When these are desired it is necessary to order them separately. The current list price of our Ideal Indexes is 40[cents] each in the letter size and 50[cents] in cap size." He proceeded to offer the indexes at 25% off. en_US
