Description
Baggs writes Phelan to answer a number of questions. He encourages Phelan "your pottery scheme sounds interesting and attractive" but gives advice as well. He talks of kilns and what companies to look into for a practical inexpensive design. And he wishes Phelan luck with the offer to help in any way. On the back of the second page is a drawing possibly of a kiln and a section of kiln wall.
