Abstract:
Based on the findings from previous studies, I will use operant conditioning with carrots as primary reinforcers to teach my horse, Elsa, to distinguish green from blue, red, and purple. I hypothesize that Elsa will be unable to accurately discriminate between green and red but will be able to accurately discriminate between green and gray, blue, and purple.
