dc.description.abstract | "[Excerpt] During my time at Alfred, much of my work has focused on the exploration of my digital self. Over the past two years, these investigations have helped me navigate through a process of self-dis- covery. I often found myself looking into this pool of distorted re- flections I had created, much like Narcissus from Ovid’s Metamorphosis. Over time, these distor- tions began to become haunting in some ways as I questioned whether this character I had created bore any resemblance to my physical self...." | |
