Official letter from Acheson G. Irvine to Edmond Frechette responding to Edmond's request to be relieved from Wood Mountain Post on account of ill health. Acheson Gosford Irvine (1837 – 1916) served as Commissioner of the North-West Mounted Police (NWMP) from November 1880 to March 1886.
