Studies have shown that increasing the amount of time spent outside promotes wellness in a variety of ways, ranging from providing an escape from the stress of one's daily tasks and occupation, to increasing the levels of Vitamin D in the human body. Additionally, exposure to the outdoors helps limit one's exposure to pollutants that become trapped inside homes and offices.
