Intersectionality is the overarching framework for my worldview. This term refers to the numerous, intersecting vertices of race, class, gender, etc., that affect an individual’s experience in society. Through this lens, I seek to triangulate my position within my social, cultural, political, and economic context. In my work, I endeavor to highlight the complex, shifting nature of identity as well as the nuances and contradictions found within interpersonal relationships.en_US
