The studio is a place for working. Working with material, motivated by questions and the rarity of answers. I feel strongly that my sculptures are unconditionally tied to the studio. It is where material is labored over and articulated with clarity. Material is cast, sewn, sheathed, cut, poured, glued, sanded and painted. Corners are sharpened and threads are trimmed.en_US
