dc.description.abstractFrom the beginning of time, people's environments have dictated their well being; both physically and emotionally. Studies have shown that increasing the amount of time spent outside promotes wellness in a variety of ways, ranging from providing an escape from the stress of one's daily tasks and occupation, to increasing the levels of Vitamin D in the human body. Additionally, exposure to the outdoors helps limit one's exposure to pollutants that become trapped inside homes and offices. It is then observed that increased exposure to the outdoors is incredibly beneficial to physical health and overall wellnessen_US
